Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! Its 2013 already and I can’t believe how fast time flies!

Last year I make a single resolution and it’s proven to be the right formula for me and this year I’ll be making another resolution, just one resolution. Last year on the eve of New Year I promised to myself to quick smoking, and I did! From that day till now, it's has been a whole year without smoking, although I’m sad to say that on few occasions I was forced to inhale the second hand smoke but that was out of my control, and yes finally I understand the feeling of non-smoker much better now.

This year I’m aiming to get back into shape. My aim is to be able to run 10 km under 40 minutes before this year ended. It’s not much to ask for so I think I’ll be able to score on this one. I’m confident!

Okay now that I've settled on my new year resolution it’s kind of anti climax to just stop here so I’ll add few more small things that I’ll try to accomplish. These small things is to be my everyday check-list so technically it is not a New Year thingy but rather than things that I will try to do every day for the rest of this year:
  • I will pray and thanking God for everything happening in my life.
  • I will say ‘I love you’ to my wife and son every day.
  • I’m going to be a ‘glass-half-full’ kind of person.
  • I will be more courageous and confidence to face new challenge.
  • I will be not afraid to make new mistake, but not repeating mine or the mistake of others.

Finally, to complete this post, I would share a quote that I found very inspiring:

“I hope that in this year to come, you make mistakes.

Because if you are making mistakes, then you are making new things, trying new things, learning, living, pushing yourself, changing yourself, changing your world. You're doing things you've never done before, and more importantly, you're Doing Something.

So that's my wish for you, and all of us, and my wish for myself. Make New Mistakes. Make glorious, amazing mistakes. Make mistakes nobody's ever made before. Don't freeze, don't stop, don't worry that it isn't good enough, or it isn't perfect, whatever it is: art, or love, or work or family or life.

Whatever it is you're scared of doing, Do it.

Make your mistakes, next year and forever.”

Traffic jammed

What have happened in the last few year? KL seem to congested even more compare with just a year ago. Today for example, with little bit help of rain the federal highway is super pack, not just there but everywhere (according to #kltu) with some part of KL is flooded even. I know that cars on the road increasing every year, prove that economy is not that bad as many people has been saying lately, BMW reported increase in their sale! And sometime long holidays doesn't help either. Tomorrow is Saturday and Tuesday will be Christmas so for those who work Monday to Friday will only have to take leave on Monday to enjoy 4 relaxing and traveling holiday, may be that another factor to add on to the why KL is very jammed today. Anyhow, I know that my blog's post this time is super ridiculous, about jammed in KL, but I haven't seen or read anybody else that have posted such blog yet (^_^).

Chelsea is out of Champion League

Its a sad day, the Champion of Europe is now an ex. even after we've thrashed Nordsjaelland FC by 6-1. This is the first time the reigning champion was knocked out at group stage, shame really. Thank you Di Matteo.

Why I'm taking this so serious? Because I'm the fan of Chelsea FC.

What's really ticked me off is some part of our supporters that target Benitez for their boos, I mean come on! Doesn't matter what he said about us back then, he was Liverpool manager and was passionate about his club, that what I want him to be doing now with us. This guy has won Europa league in Spain, Champion League with Liverpool, FA cup, this is not just any other guy, he fit right with our ambition, to win things, lots of cups. So give in a little and support him.

Yes Di Matteo won us the Champion League but think about it, it was John Terry leadership, the team is solid then. We could win it even if Abramovich himself sit in the manager seat that time and the first half of this season has been quite easy for us. So I don't think Di Matteo is good manager for Chelsea FC, not from beginning. Abramovich was force to hired him, that all.

Welcome to Europa League! May be Benitez should be looking to make another history at Chelsea by winning this cup, but I don't fancy it. For me all those travel across the continent is just waste of energy we should be using to focus on the Premier League instead.

Any how, I hope this winning will be inspire the team to win the next Manchester City game.
